About Us
Edelweiss Partners is a business law firm located on Broad Street, Lagos, the commercial city
of Nigeria. It was established on the 30th of March 2016 by a group of young and vibrant
lawyers as a legal consulting firm with a bias for Corporate Commercial Law (Business
startups and formation). The firm has since expanded its activities to include Research, Real
Estate, Finance and Investment, Information and Communication Technology, Labour
Matters, Intellectual Property, Family and Probate law to accommodate the peculiarity and
practices of the Nigerian legal system.
