Oki Achika Esq. (Managing Partner)
He was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2006. He is grounded in litigation and
advocacy, has commenced and concluded commercial recoveries for Banks
and other companies. He has also defended reputable companies. He is
acquainted with the general practice of the law especially Debt Recovery,
Commercial matters, Telecommunications, Banking and Intellectual Property
laws.
He is accredited with the Federal Ministry of Trade and Investment as
trademark and patent agent. He has handled trademarks registrations for
international companies and serves as their trademark agent in Nigeria.
He is a member of Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management of
Nigeria (CILRMN)
Tosin Osasona Esq. (Partner)
He was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2006. Tosin Osasona is a lawyer and
an international development professional with more than 13 years’
experience in legal research, public policy analysis, program management and
security and justice sector governance. He is interested in policy-centered
interventions focusing on effective, efficient and accountable service delivery
by Nigeria’s security and justice agencies. He holds a Master of Laws degree
in International Crime and Justice from the University of Turin, Turin Italy


Joseph Adejoh Esq. (Partner)
He was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2006. He holds a Master’s degree in
Law from the University of Jos and he is currently running a Phd. in law at the
University of Jos. Before joining the Firm, he worked in the Firm of Solomon
E. Umoh SAN and Co., where he served and worked as the Head of Chambers
Abuja office.
He has gained adequate experience in the practice of law in Nigeria;
particularly in the following areas- commercial law, Labour law, Electoral
Law, Constitutional law inter alia. He also has adequate experience in
Litigation (both civil and criminal litigation), corporate practice and
consultancy experience.
Attah A. Adams Esq. (Senior Associate)
He was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2010. He joined Edelweiss Partners in
2017. A legal practitioner with highly developed analytical and organizational
skills. He has a sound understanding of basic and fundamentals of the
Nigerian and international legal mortgages and institution. He has worked on
several real estate, finance, acquisitions and developments, secured credit
human resources management related issues and civil and criminal litigation.
He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Institute of
information Management (IIM), Chartered Institute of Personnel Management
(CIPM).


Omorinola Joseph Esq. (Partner)
She was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2009. She joined the firm Edelweiss
Partners in 2017 and has been involved in all aspects of the firm’s general
practice particularly in the area of real estate.
Shaibu Haruna (Head, Account Department)
Shaibu Haruna is an associate member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of
Nigeria (CITN). He is also a student member of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He has his Higher National Diploma in
Accounting at the Federal Polytechnic Kaura Namoda, Zamfara State, in 2009
& Post Graduate Diploma in Education at Shehu Shagari College of Education
Sokoto in 2012. He had his professional training with Ismaheel & Co.
Chartered Accountants from 2009 to 2012.
